My first book in collaboration with an author, ‘Mommy Was Right: Manners Matter,’ written by Alicia Hurtt, explores the importance of saying “please” and “thank you” when others are kind to you. The story is told from the perspective of a child who notes times when she should say “please” and “thank you.”
